What's the maximum guest capacity?
Our flagship Alisha Suite comfortably accommodates over 500 guests – making it one of the largest ballrooms in West Yorkshire. If you're planning a more intimate celebration, our Anaya Suite is perfect for up to 200 guests, with the same luxury finish and dedicated service. You never have to choose between your dream venue and inviting everyone you love.
How far in advance should I book?
For peak wedding seasons (spring through autumn), we typically recommend booking 6 to 12 months in advance to secure your preferred date. However, we understand that plans can come together quickly – please reach out, and we'll always do our best to accommodate you. Our team will check real-time availability for you during your consultation.
Can I visit the venue before making a booking?
Absolutely. I believe you need to experience the space in person – to walk through the ballroom, see the lighting, and feel the atmosphere. We offer private, no-obligation tours seven days a week, including evenings and weekends. You'll meet our team, explore both suites, and have all your questions answered in person. You can also take our 360° virtual tour from the homepage if you'd like a preview before your visit.
Are exclusive areas available?
Yes. When you book with us, you and your guests enjoy exclusive use of your chosen suite and its dedicated preparation rooms. Our beautiful bridal get-ready suites are private sanctuaries for you and your party – perfect for those precious pre-ceremony moments. We also have separate spaces for catering setup and staff, so your celebration flows seamlessly without any crossover with other events.
